Welcome to the GF&Co Interiors website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this web site at GF&Co. Interiors, by accessing and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All users of this web site must be over 18yrs of age

1. Order’s

 1.1 Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and GF&Co-interiors.co.uk will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
1.2 For all furniture and made to order items a 20% non refundable deposit is required if the customer decides to cancel the order
1.3 Non acceptance of an order may be one of the following;

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

1.4 All orders are subject to availability, but we will endeavour to keep this web site as up to date as possible.
1.5 After placing your order a confirmation email will be sent along with your order details.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (were applicable) at the current rates.
2.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this web site.
2.3 You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or none delivery.
2.4 All prices on this site are in GBP sterling.
2.5 Full payment must be paid in advance of any item being shipped.
2.6 After placing your order should we find that an error has been made on pricing, the customer will be contacted and asked if they want to proceed with the order.

3. Cancellation and return policy

3.1 If you wish to cancel your order;
(a)  You may notify us by email before the goods are dispatched to sales@gfandco-interiors.co.uk
(b) Were goods have already been dispatched, you may return the goods to us in accordance with clause 3.2 below
3.2 You can return goods to us within 7days in a new and unused condition; upon receipt of the goods we will credit your account with a full refund. The costs of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
3.3 We can not except the return of furniture and made to order items.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory right. 

4. Deliveries

4.1 providing the goods you have ordered are in stock we aim to despatch them as soon as possible, (usually within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order) but please allow 7- 14 days.
4.2 For all U.K. deliveries with the exception of furniture we send all our products by first class mail
4.3 In the case of furniture items the delivery is usually 4 to 6 weeks from the order date, if the delivery date is longer than this then the customer will be advised by email and they can then confirm if they want to proceed with the order
4.4 The customer has the responsibility for ensuring that all furniture items will fit into their property. GF&Co. Interiors will not take back any large items of furniture that do not fit.
4.5 The cost of delivery is for unimpeded lorry access, with no stairs, slopes etc. and on the ground floor. Please inform us at the time of placing your order if this is not the case, we will then discuss this with our couriers to see if there will be an extra charge. you will then be contacted to see if you wish to continue with the order.
4.6 If we are not informed of unimpeded access and the couriers will not deliver, we will have to charge you the cost of the couriers retuning the goods, this can sometimes be more expensive then the original charge.
4.7 An adult needs to be present to check and sign for the delivered goods.
4.8 If you would prefer to collect your goods, then please let us know when you place your order.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. This does not affect your statutory right.
